David Schwartzman serves as president and chief executive of Harridge Development Group, which he founded in 2010. The company has over 4,000 lots and over 4,000 residential units in the greater Los Angeles area. Harridge Development is also building 960 residential units and 150,000-sf of retail at the Baldwin Hills Crenshaw Mall. In November 2021, the company began the first phase of Crossroads Hollywood, which encompasses 700,000-sf of the 1.4 million-sf project. Most recently, Harridge Development acquired 292 lots in Oxnard in Mandalay Beach and 50 acres in Livermore.

In addition to his business enterprises, David is a generous supporter of organizations such as the University of Judaism, Therapeutic Living Centers for the Blind, the American Cancer Society, the Los Angeles Zoo, and Habitat for Humanity. In 2004, he was honored by the Hollywood/Los Angeles Beautification Team and received their Business Leader Recognition Award. David is also Chair of JFEDLA’s REC Network. He is a graduate of the University of Southern California with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business.

 

Scott Laurie joined The Olson Company in 2007 and oversees the organization’s administrative and operating groups including strategic planning, acquisition, development, finance, construction, legal, and human resources. Under his leadership, Olson won the coveted Eliant Homebuyers’ Choice Award for Best Overall Home Purchase and Ownership Experience in North America in 2012, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023, and 2024.

Previously with KB Home, where he was Inland Valley President, Scott held various corporate and division-level executive positions in his nine years at the company.

In the homebuilding industry since 1996, Scott is currently a member of the Executive Committee for the University of Southern California (USC) Lusk Center for Real Estate, as well as a member of the USC Sol Price School of Public Policy and the Urban Land Institute Residential Neighborhood Council.

A native of Southern California, Scott earned a Bachelor of Science degree from USC in Urban Planning and Development.

 

Jason Keller is a managing director and assistant portfolio manager for Oaktree’s Real Estate Opportunities strategy, where he is involved in capital raising, management, and investing. He also serves as Head of Residential for the broader real estate organization. In this role, Mr. Keller oversees homebuilder acquisitions, land development, homebuilding, destination resorts, non-performing residential loans, residential loan servicing, homebuilder lending, land banking, and other similar investments.

Prior to joining Oaktree in 2007, Mr. Keller held various roles at DLJ Real Estate Capital Partners, Salomon Brothers, CIBC Oppenheimer, and D-Street Investments. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Finance from Utah State University and a Master of Business Administration in Finance and Real Estate from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. Mr. Keller previously served on the board of Taylor Morrison Home Corp and currently serves on the boards of Make-A-Wish Greater Los Angeles, the Park Century School, and the Utah State University Foundation.
