Rabbi Dr. Mark Goldfeder, Esq. is the Founder, CEO, and Director of the National Jewish Advocacy Center (NJAC). Previously, he served as the Senior Partner with Goldfeder & Terry, LLC., as the founding Editor of the Cambridge University Press Series on Law and Judaism, a Trustee of the Center for Israel Education, and as an adviser to the Permanent Mission of Israel to the United Nations.

Rabbi Dr. Goldfeder is focused on protecting Jewish civil rights, religious liberty, and combating antisemitism through the U.S. legal system. A practicing attorney and ordained rabbi, he brings a unique blend of legal rigor and moral clarity to some of the most pressing legal battles in the Jewish world today.

Rabbi Dr. Goldfeder is currently at the forefront of several nationally significant cases. His docket includes lawsuits against National Students for Justice in Palestine and American Muslims for Palestine under federal material support for terrorism laws, a civil suit against organizers of the LA synagogue riots, and a federal case targeting Mahmoud Khalil — a former Columbia student leader accused of promoting terror-linked ideologies. These lawsuits are breaking new ground in the legal response to antisemitic threats in the U.S.

Rabbi Dr. Mark Goldfeder is a frequent media contributor and public speaker, known for articulating a principled, unapologetic defense of Jewish communities and values in legal and academic forums alike.

Daniel Paluch is a civil litigator at Gipson Hoffman & Pancione with a strong commitment to combating antisemitism and protecting Jewish civil rights through strategic legal action. He serves as counsel for the plaintiffs in StandWithUs Center for Legal Justice v. CodePink et al. The case arises from the violent and antisemitic riot outside of an LA synagogue in June 2022, and seeks to hold the riot’s organizers responsible under the FACE Act and the Ku Klux Klan Act.

Daniel has also contributed to several amicus briefs on behalf of national Jewish organizations — including the American Jewish Committee and StandWithUs — before state and federal courts, including the U.S. Supreme Court. His work spans First Amendment issues, public records enforcement, and legal strategies to combat discriminatory targeting of Jews and Jewish institutions.

Daniel began his legal career at a global law firm, where he represented Fortune 500 clients in high-stakes disputes. He earned his J.D. from the University of Southern California Gould School of Law, where he served on the Southern California Interdisciplinary Law Journal and holds a B.A. in Political Science–Economics from Columbia University.

Jason Torchinsky is a partner at Holtzman Vogel, specializing in campaign finance, nonprofit tax, government ethics laws, election law, lobbying disclosure, and issue advocacy groups. In addition to his practice counseling clients on political law compliance, Jason has served as lead counsel in a number of litigation matters dealing with First Amendment freedoms, antisemitism and anti-terrorism, election law and redistricting issues. He is also recognized by Chambers USA and Washingtonian Magazine as one of the top “Political Law” attorneys in the country.

Jason has been at the forefront of representing victims of the October 7th attack on Israel by Hamas, along with organizations and students impacted by its aftermath. He is active in ongoing antisemitism matters throughout the United States with a focus on college campuses. His cases include high-profile lawsuits involving StandWithUs and the Adas Torah riots, as well as litigation against National Students for Justice in Palestine, American Muslims for Palestine, and individuals such as Mahmoud Khalil and Nerdeen Kiswani, for alleged material support for terrorism.

Through his work, Jason is helping reshape how the American legal system responds to modern antisemitism and extremist threats — using law not only as a shield, but as a tool for accountability and justice.
