Together, let’s honor Holocaust survivors. As we mark the 80th anniversary of liberation from many concentration camps, L’Dough V’Dough invites you to braid and bake challah, actively fulfilling the commandment of L’Dor V’Dor (from generation to generation).
While kneading the dough, you will reflect on the importance of passing stories from one generation to the next. As your challah bakes, you will be joined by a survivor, child of survivors, or grandchild of survivors who will share their own or their family's story of survival and perseverance.
Volunteers can choose from one of two sessions.
