Diana Friedland is an employment attorney based in Los Angeles, representing both employees and employers in a wide range of workplace matters, including wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, and wage and hour disputes. She advises employees on their legal rights in the workplace and provides strategic guidance on employment and severance agreements. Diana also works closely with employers to develop and implement best practices in hiring, firing, performance management, investigating and resolving employee complaints, and ensuring compliance with applicable employment laws. Diana obtained her law degree from UC Berkeley, School of Law in 2008, and her undergraduate degree from USC in 2005. Since 2013, Diana has been selected to the Super Lawyers annual list of top employment lawyers in Southern California.
Nathan Miller is the founder and CEO of Miller Ink, one of the nation’s leading independent strategic communications and crisis-management firms. He works at the intersection of media, law, and culture, advising clients through high-stakes litigation and communications challenges in sectors ranging from entertainment and education to real estate and Jewish communal affairs. Previously, Nathan served as Director of Speechwriting for Israel’s Mission to the United Nations and as Policy Director of the Homeland Security Advisory Council. He is a Wexner Heritage Fellow and lives in Los Angeles with his wife and three children.
