Elisha Goldstein, PhD, is a clinical psychologist, bestselling author, and creator of the 4R Method, a practical framework that helps people transform stress, strengthen relationships, and enhance emotional and physical well-being through small, intentional shifts. His newest book, Tiny Shifts: How Emotional Health Transforms Stress, Relationships, and Longevity, brings this approach to life through science-backed tools people can use in everyday moments. He is also co-founder of The Center for Mindful Living and Psychotherapy in Los Angeles, alongside his wife, Stefanie Goldstein, PhD.
For over two decades, Dr. Goldstein has helped people break free from past conditioning that keeps them stuck in cycles of stress and overwhelm, uncovering how emotional health naturally transforms stress, relationships, and longevity. He pays careful attention to blending neuroscience, psychology, and mindfulness into practical tools that create tangible change.
He is also the author of Uncovering Happiness, The Now Effect, co-author of A Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction Workbook, and host of The Emotional Longevity Podcast. Dr. Goldstein has taught thousands of people around the world — busy parents, physicians, educators, entrepreneurs, veterans, and CEOs — helping them create meaningful change through small, doable shifts in everyday life.
His work has been featured in major publications and media outlets, and he is recognized as a leading voice in making emotional well-being both scientifically grounded and immediately actionable. He lives in Los Angeles with his wife, Dr. Stefanie Goldstein, and their three sons: Lev, Bodhi, and Kieran.
