Peter Collins joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2007 as a member of its brokerage services team. Mr. Collins is focused on providing tenant representation services to major corporations, law firms, entertainment and media companies, and agency leasing services to institutional and individual owners. Mr. Collins brings an accomplished resume in the entertainment industry to his position at C&W. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Collins worked at Creative Artists Agency and Benderspink, a management and production company based in Los Angeles.
At Benderspink, Mr. Collins was tasked with numerous responsibilities, including the development of existing film properties and identifying emerging talent in the industry. Previously, he worked in membership development and youth outreach for the United States Golf Association in Hartford, CT.
Mr. Collins received a Bachelor of Arts from Trinity College and a Juris Doctor from Case Western Reserve University.
Scott Menkus has worked in Cushman & Wakefield’s Century City office since 2004, with a focus on local tenant and landlord representation. Over the past 20 years he has been involved in some of the largest and most complex lease transactions in Los Angeles, representing a wide range of corporate and creative tenants including Jacobs Engineering, CBS, UBER, Princess Cruises, Playboy Enterprises, Christies, GoodRx, Deluxe Entertainment, RBC, UBS, Berkshire Hathaway, and Shamrock Capital. He has also represented institutional landlords including Lincoln Property Company, Douglas Emmett, Vornado Realty Trust, Maguire Investments, Blackstone/Equity Office Properties, Brickman, Brookfield, JMB Realty Corporation, Lowe Enterprises, Related Co, OUE and Atlas Capital.
Mr. Menkus graduated from the University of Michigan with a Bachelor of Arts degree. During his studies, he developed growth strategies for Oxford Companies in Ann Arbor, one of the largest commercial landlords in southeastern Michigan. Mr. Menkus was the youngest member elected to the Board of Directors for Jewish Big Brothers Big Sisters of Los Angeles in the organization’s 90-year history and volunteered as a Big Brother for 10 years.
