Join JPW for a nourishing morning of yoga, breathwork, and sound led by mindfulness teacher Renee Noa Harris. This outdoor experience weaves mindful, energizing movement with intentional breathwork and a restorative sound bath to create a grounding and balancing start to the day. Together, we’ll reconnect with ourselves and with one another as we make space for the light, clarity, and renewal that Hanukkah brings.
