Join us for a day of camaraderie when we’ll put the shared Jewish value of building community in action while bonding over golf, pickleball, and fantastic food, all in support of the life-saving work of Jewish Federation Los Angeles.

Andy Cohen is Global Co-Chair of Gensler, the world’s most influential architecture and design firm. He served as Co-CEO with Diane Hoskins for nearly 20 years and has spent his entire four-decade career at Gensler. Under Andy’s strategic guidance, Gensler has organically grown to become the most admired firm in the field, with some 6,000 people networked across 57 offices around the world, serving more than 3,500 clients in over 100 countries. Andy is a dynamic and hands-on leader, mentoring and advising Gensler’s talented teams, and a strong advocate for resilience, sustainability, and climate action. Heavily invested in client and community relationships, Andy is a member of the Urban Land Institute’s Urban Development and Mixed-Use Council, the policy advisory board of the Fisher Center for Real Estate + Urban Economics at University of California, Berkeley’s Haas School of Business, the board of advisors of the UCLA Luskin School of Public Affairs, and the board of councilors of the USC School of Architecture, among others. Andy is a registered architect in 41 states and three Canadian provinces and a fellow of the American Institute of Architects. He graduated from the Pratt Institute in New York.
Victor Coleman serves as Chief Executive Officer for Hudson Pacific, and Chairman of the company's Board of Directors. He has been a Board member since the company's IPO in 2010. Prior to his current roles, Victor founded and served as Managing Partner of Hudson Pacific's predecessor company, Hudson Capital.
Victor serves on the boards of Ronald Reagan UCLA Medical Center, Fisher Center for Real Estate + Urban Economics, Young Presidents' Organization Angeleno Gold, Los Angeles Sports & Entertainment Commission, as well as its philanthropic initiative, ChampionLA. He is a member of Nareit’s Advisory Board of Governors and the Chair of its Dividends Through Diversity Initiative. He also currently serves on the board of Kite Realty Group Trust and is a former board member for several other public companies, including Douglas Emmett.
Victor received the City of Hope's Spirit of Life Award from the Los Angeles Real Estate & Construction Industries Council, the Real Star of Hollywood Award from the Friends of the Hollywood Central Park, and was recognized as a Treasure of Los Angeles by Central City Association. He is an investor in the NHL’s Vegas Golden Knights.
A longtime supporter of JFEDLA, Victor is a proud member of the Federation’s Real Estate Principals Organization. He holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Golden Gate University and a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of California, Berkeley.
Richard K. Green, Ph.D. holds the Lusk Chair in Real Estate and is Professor in the Sol Price School of Public Policy and the Marshall School of Business. He is Chair of Wilbur H. Smith III Department of Real Estate Development.
Dr. Green spent four years as the Oliver T. Carr, Jr., Chair of Real Estate Finance at George Washington University’s School of Business. He was Director of the Center for Washington Area Studies and the Center for Real Estate Studies at that institution. Dr. Green also taught real estate finance and economics at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where he was Wangard Faculty Scholar and Chair of Real Estate and Urban Land Economics.
He served as principal economist and director of financial strategy and policy analysis at Freddie Mac. He was a visiting professor of real estate at the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School. He is a Weimer Fellow at the Homer Hoyt Institute, and a member of the faculty of the Selden Institute for Advanced Studies in Real Estate. He served as President of the American Real Estate and Urban Economics Association; he also served a year as Senior Advisor for Housing Finance at the US Department of Housing and Urban Development, and is a Trustee of the Urban Land Institute. He consults for the World Bank.
Dr. Green earned his Ph.D. and MS in Economics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. He earned his AB in Economics from Harvard University.
