On Dec. 3, 2024, Nathan J. Hochman was sworn in as the 44th District Attorney of Los Angeles County, vowing to improve public safety by pursuing appropriate sentences for violent and serious offenders, while offering counseling and rehabilitation to those whose crimes were motivated by addiction or mental illness.
A lifelong Angeleno, DA Hochman served as Assistant U.S. Attorney General for the Tax Division of the Department of Justice in 2008. Prior to that, he was an Assistant U.S. Attorney for the Central District of California from 1990 to 1997, serving in the Criminal Division. He also had an extensive career in the private sector, as a partner of several nationwide law firms and as a leading expert in tax law, criminal defense, and environmental law. DA Hochman previously served as President of the Los Angeles City Ethics Commission. He graduated magna cum laude from Brown University and earned his law degree from Stanford Law School.
Victor Coleman serves as Chief Executive Officer for Hudson Pacific, and Chairman of the company's Board of Directors. He has been a Board member since the company's IPO in 2010. Prior to his current roles, Coleman founded and served as Managing Partner of Hudson Pacific's predecessor company, Hudson Capital.
Coleman serves on the boards of Ronald Reagan UCLA Medical Center, Fisher Center for Real Estate + Urban Economics, Young Presidents' Organization Angeleno Gold, Los Angeles Sports & Entertainment Commission, as well as its philanthropic initiative, ChampionLA. He is a member of Nareit’s Advisory Board of Governors and the Chair of its Dividends Through Diversity Initiative. He also currently serves on the board of Kite Realty Group Trust and is a former board member for several other public companies, including Douglas Emmett.
Coleman received the City of Hope's Spirit of Life Award from the Los Angeles Real Estate & Construction Industries Council, the Real Star of Hollywood Award from the Friends of the Hollywood Central Park, and was recognized as a Treasure of Los Angeles by Central City Association. He is an investor in the NHL’s Vegas Golden Knights.
He holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Golden Gate University and a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of California, Berkeley.
