Israel was built by immigrants who infused flavor and complexity into what is now globally recognized as Israeli food, which coalesces in its vibrant shuk markets. Join us in celebration of Israel’s 70th as we explore the diversity of its street food scene with tastes of North Africa, Eastern Europe, the Middle East, and more. We’ll have delicious food stalls, Israeli wine and beer, and cultural representatives sharing their personal experiences.
