Join your fellow Federation alumni from The Network on Thursday, May 24th, for this AWESOME workshop — Reader of the Pack: Understanding Group Dynamics to Become a More Effective Facilitator — featuring guest speaker Lucy Rimalower, LMFT.
Not only will you get to reunite and network with alumni from Federation leadership programs, but you will also gain skills in the following areas:
- Identifying interpersonal roles and reactions (including your own) that impact participation and leadership in group settings
- Understanding the impact of group dynamics in contexts such as peer-to-peer mentoring and board meetings
- Implementing facilitation skills to foster participation, communication, and connection in groups
