Do you want to build your skills when it comes to leading teams, meetings, and group discussions for work, socially, or your community leadership endeavors?

Join your fellow Federation alumni from The Network on Thursday, May 24th, for this AWESOME workshop — Reader of the Pack: Understanding Group Dynamics to Become a More Effective Facilitator — featuring guest speaker Lucy Rimalower, LMFT.

Not only will you get to reunite and network with alumni from Federation leadership programs, but you will also gain skills in the following areas:

  • Identifying interpersonal roles and reactions (including your own) that impact participation and leadership in group settings
  • Understanding the impact of group dynamics in contexts such as peer-to-peer mentoring and board meetings
  • Implementing facilitation skills to foster participation, communication, and connection in groups

Dinner will be served; dietary laws observed.

Complimentary parking available in the visitor (west) lot adjacent to the building.

All ticket sales cover the cost of goods or less, and tickets are non-refundable.
