The song “Dayenu” in the traditional Passover Seder translates to “enough” and is about being grateful for all of the gifts given to the Jewish people. During this song, Persian Jews have a ritual to hit each other with scallions/green onions, representing the hardships of slavery and a wake-up call to present day. Join us for an experiential deep dive of the themes of the Dayenu blessing and this ancient Iranian tradition. We’ll explore what’s holding us back, connect with each other, and enjoy a delicious kosher-for-Passover meal. Come with an open heart and open mind.
