Doug Lozier

With over 25 years of commercial real estate experience focused on the Life Science industry, Doug's career includes occupier and landlord advisory with both CBRE and Savills Studley. In 2021, Doug co-founded GeneSuites to develop, acquire and deliver cGMP manufacturing infrastructure solutions to the Life Science and Pharma sectors. Doug is a former U.S. Navy Search and Rescue Swimmer who resides in San Diego. Doug’s hobbies include fitness and performing live music.

 

 

Seth Hiromura

Seth Hiromura is the Managing Partner at 5-Ronin and is responsible for investment strategy and management. Seth’s career includes work in investment banking, market-making options and forwards, derivatives structuring, as well as CMBS debt and loan restructuring. He also brings a deep knowledge of life science and creative office development. He has been active in San Diego life science for a decade. Seth currently teaches Office, Industrial and Life Science Development as an adjunct professor at the University of Southern California Sol Price School of Public Policy.

 

 

Andrew Kirsh

Andrew Kirsh is a Co-Chairman of Sklar Kirsh LLP, the Chair of the firm’s Real Estate Department, and a member of the Management Committee. Andrew is an experienced commercial real estate transactional attorney. His clientele includes a broad spectrum of national, regional, and local investors, as well as funds, developers, operators, syndicators, private equity providers, and lenders.
