Morgan Jackson
Morgan Jackson is a Senior Director of Cushman & Wakefield’s West Coast Capital Markets Group. Since joining C&W in 2014, Jackson has participated in many of the West Coast’s highest profile dispositions, contributing to over $10 billion of multifamily, office, retail, and land investment sale transactions. In 2017, Jackson was recognized as a Next Generation Leader in Commercial Real Estate by Connect Media. Ms. Jacson is affiliated with the Urban Land Institute and the National Multifamily Housing Council. She received her Bachelor of Science from San Jose State University.
Marc D. Renard
Marc D. Renard serves as Executive Vice Chair of Cushman & Wakefield’s Global Capital Markets Group in Los Angeles and leads one of the nation’s most successful capital markets teams focused on investment sales throughout Southern California and the broader West Coast. Mr. Renard and his dedicated team have closed over 540 transactions with an aggregate value in excess of $37 billion.
Since joining Cushman & Wakefield in 1983, Mr. Renard has consistently ranked as one of the firm’s top producers over the past 20 years. Mr. Renard’s real estate transaction experience and expertise has been recognized with numerous awards including the Los Angeles Times’ Visionary in Real Estate.
Mr. Renard is a graduate of the University of Southern California and serves on the Executive Committee of USC's Lusk Center for Real Estate, the Policy Advisory Board of the Fisher Center for Real Estate & Urban Economics at UC Berkeley, and the advisory council of the National Multifamily Housing Council (NMHC).
Jesse Sharf
Jesse Sharf is a partner in the Century City office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher, and is Co-Chair of the firm’s Real Estate Department and a member of its Executive Committee. His real estate practice experience includes extensive representation of all types of investors, lenders, and developers. In addition, Jesse represents real estate funds, developers, and institutional and non-institutional investors in all areas of real estate. Mr. Sharf has been recognized as a leading lawyer in the area of Real Estate Law by Chambers USA, Legal 500, and also by Super Lawyers and The Best Lawyers in America. Jesse received his law degree from the New York University School of Law in 1986, where he was Editor of the New York University Law Review. He received his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Pennsylvania in 1982.
