Timur Tecimer
Mr. Tecimer joined Overton Moore Properties (OMP) in July 2000 as President and COO. Mr. Tecimer brings extensive experience in commercial and industrial development, asset management, property management, and leasing services to the Company. He is responsible for overseeing all of the firm’s operations, including acquisitions/investments, development, and management. In addition, Mr. Tecimer directs all joint venture and capital structures and long-range planning of the firm. During his career, Mr. Tecimer has been responsible for the acquisition and development of over 15 million square feet of commercial property. Mr. Tecimer joined OMP after 12 years with Trammell Crow Company and is currently active in the Urban Land Institute, SIOR, and the World Presidents Organization (WPO). He is a member of the Board of Trustees of the PVGC and Sustaining Board member of the UCLA Ziman Center for Real Estate. He holds a California Real Estate Broker License. Mr. Tecimer is a graduate of the University of Southern California with a Bachelor of Science and received a Master of Business Administration from the University of California, Los Angeles.
Jesse Sharf
Jesse Sharf is a partner in the Century City office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher, and is Co-Chair of the firm’s Real Estate Department and a member of its Executive Committee. His real estate practice experience includes extensive representation of all types of investors, lenders, and developers. In addition, Jesse represents real estate funds, developers, and institutional and non-institutional investors in all areas of real estate. Mr. Sharf has been recognized as a leading lawyer in the area of Real Estate Law by Chambers USA, Legal 500, and also by Super Lawyers and The Best Lawyers in America®. Jesse received his law degree from the New York University School of Law in 1986, where he was Editor of the New York University Law Review. He received his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Pennsylvania in 1982.
