Josh Eichenstein is the president and founder of the Eichenstein Law Firm P.C. He is primarily focused on intellectual property (IP) litigation, registration, and transactions. Josh has handled IP matters involving Fortune 500 companies in federal, state, and circuit courts. From 2017-2023, he was awarded Southern California “Rising Star” by Super Lawyers rating service in the field of intellectual property litigation, which is awarded only to 2.5% of attorneys in the region. He has been involved with The Jewish Federation’s Legal Division since 2015 and is currently a proud member of The Jewish Federation National Leadership Cabinet. 

Formerly a deputy public defender in Los Angeles County, Lou Shapiro’s advanced skill set is only matched by his devoted work ethic, one that places his clients in the best position to obtain favorable results. Considered one of the top criminal defense attorneys in Los Angeles, Lou regularly trains new attorneys in the most effective approaches and methods to handling criminal law matters. Acting as outside general counsel, Alexa represents privately held companies in a wide variety of general corporate and transactional matters, ranging from entity formation and structuring to commercial transactions. Acting as transactional counsel, she prepares companies and guides them through mergers and acquisitions as well as financings. With her unique skillset, vast network, and deep roots in the cannabis space, Alexa has become one of the nation’s most recognized industry leaders. Her ability to navigate ever-evolving local, state, and federal regulations, coupled with business strategy, allow her to create the most effective solutions for her clients in highly regulated markets.

Dan Stone represents plaintiffs and defendants and successfully navigates their disputes at all stages of litigation and dispute resolution, including at trial and on appeal. Dan represents clients ranging from artists to Fortune 100 companies in disputes involving copyright, trademark, trade secrets, breach of contract, rights of publicity and privacy, labor law, ERISA, and California’s Talent Agencies Act. Formerly Assistant General Counsel at the Directors Guild of America, Dan represents and advises multi-national corporations, production companies, rights-holders, and artists in connection with entertainment industry collective bargaining agreements and pension and health plans.
