Back by popular demand! This topic struck such a chord with parents of teens that we are offering another two workshops to accommodate requests.

Smoking. Vaping. “Juuling.” Edibles.

What do we as parents need to know about these trending substances? Join us at a free workshop facilitated by Linda Gingras, LMFT, CADC II, and Director of Addiction and Prevention Services at Jewish Family Service of Los Angeles, to learn the basics and walk away with tools to talk about these trends with your teens and help them make healthy decisions.

Areas of focus will include:

  • The changing nature and forms of marijuana
  • Myths and misconceptions
  • Implications of recent marijuana legislation
  • Tips for talking to your teens effectively about substance use.

Light refreshments will be served.

Space is limited and reservations are required — RSVP today!
