It’s a new world out there, made increasingly more complex with each new story of sexual misconduct clogging our news feeds and our teens’ social media channels. Our Los Angeles Jewish Teen Initiative’s Focus on Teen Wellness workshops will help parents of teens communicate with their children about this new environment we are all navigating — and empower them to feel good about who they are and take care of themselves.

Presenter Alisha Pedowitz, California Director of Moving Traditions, will give parents tools for how to talk to their teenagers about sex, sexuality, and consent.

Light snacks and refreshments will be served.

Space is limited and reservations are required — RSVP today!

For more information, please contact Amy Mendelsohn, Director, LAJTI, at (323) 761-8155 or AMendelsohn@JewishLA.org.
