Kevin Shannon is widely considered one of the country’s premier investment sales brokers. As the Co-Head of U.S. Capital Markets for Newmark, Kevin leads a team of 35 focused on arranging the disposition, financing, and joint ventures of investment properties on behalf of domestic and offshore investors in 16 different markets throughout the Western United States. Since 2010, Kevin has been involved in over $76 billion of office, industrial, self-storage, multifamily, land, and mixed-use transactions. His experience includes structuring fee simple and partial interest sales, as well as recapitalizations and joint venture transactions
Robin Potts is a Partner & Chief Investment Officer, Canyon Partners Real Estate. She has been with Canyon Partners since 2006, and is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the firm’s real estate platforms. She also holds a seat on all Canyon Partners real estate investment committees. During her tenure, Ms. Potts has facilitated the acquisition, financing, and development of over $17.5 billion of commercial real estate transactions across all asset classes including multifamily, condominium, office, retail, hospitality, industrial, senior housing, student housing, self-storage, and mixed-use.
Jamie Weber joined QuadReal in January 2018. As Managing Director, International Real Estate, Americas, he is focused on building the international portfolio, with an emphasis on strategy in the Americas region. He was formerly a Vice President and part of the founding team at Hightower, a leading real estate technology company, where he was responsible for both product strategy and business development. Prior to that, he held senior positions at Oaktree Capital Management and Cerberus Capital Management where he focused on equity and debt investments in commercial real estate and corporate real estate and securities.
