Master the art of Jewish bread baking with NuRoots’ Post-Undergrads! Join other 22- to 27-year-olds to learn the intricate and hands-on baking techniques behind challah and bagels and bake your own freshly made creations from scratch! You’ll explore the spiritual and cultural significance of these breads and how they became so prevalent in Jewish tradition. Plus, you’ll get to take home photos, recipes, and techniques so you can bake on your own any time you want.

The workshop will be led by Sharon Graves, a celebrated baker and the owner of BLVD Kitchen. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer a gluten-free option for this experience. All food served will be vegetarian.

(Please note that the workshop will begin promptly at 7:00)

$28 for 1 ticket
$50 for 2 tickets

Tickets will be available through February 22, while supplies last.

Space is limited. Contact NuRoots@JewishLA.org with any questions.

All ticket sales cover the cost of goods or less, and tickets are non-refundable.
