Josh Flagg

Josh Flagg is one of America’s most successful and sought-after luxury real estate agents, having completed more than two billion dollars in residential real estate sales in the past decade. Josh has been setting sales and price-per-square-foot records in and around Beverly Hills since he began his career at the age of 18. His record-selling achievements include the highest-priced home sales in Brentwood Park — which he sold twice within 30 days — as well as the most expensive home ever sold in Little Holmby. He recently achieved the highest price-per-acre sale in Holmby Hills.

His record sales and unrelenting work ethic have Josh currently recognized by The Wall Street Journal as one of the top-ranked agents in California and nationally by sales volume, and as a top 25 real estate agent by The Hollywood Reporter. He has been the agent for many of Hollywood’s biggest names including Merv Griffin, Adam Levine, Steve Aoki, and Chicago’s Robert Lamm, to name a few. In 2012, Josh earned the distinction of being named a Forbes’ 30 Under 30.

Josh is the star of Bravo’s hit show Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles — now in its 12th season — having appeared on the show since its debut. Josh also regularly appears as a real estate expert on various Fox Business shows, CNBC’s Squawk Box, NBC’s Today Show, E!, CBS The Insider, ABC’s Good Morning America, as well as in the pages of The Wall Street Journal, Los Angeles Times, Forbes Magazine, and Variety, among others.

Beyond real estate, Josh has authored two books: A Simple Girl: Stories My Grandmother Told Me, and Million Dollar Agent: Brokering the Dream. Josh is a collector of fine art, rare automobiles, and high-end timepieces. He has traveled to more than 50 countries and has an affinity for hotel life and an eye for architecture, home design, and fashion.

Josh lives with his husband, Bobby, in Beverly Hills.

Zach Zalben

Zach Zalben is a third-generation native of Los Angeles. During his teenage years, he spent his summers working at Black Equities. Throughout college, Zach continued to work part time at Black Equities, which helped to rapidly grow his knowledge of the real estate business. A graduate of Loyola Marymount University with a BA in Urban Studies, Zach has truly applied his education to many aspects of his work.

From a young age, Zach has been active in his community as well as philanthropic endeavors. He devotes much of his spare time to many charitable organizations. Zach serves on the board of Beverly Hills Temple of the Arts and Friends of the Israel Defense Forces (FIDF) for which he is currently Chairman of the Los Angeles Young Leadership. As a Board Member/Director at The Stanley & Joyce Black Family Foundation, he is dedicated to supporting many organizations that are helping to change the world for the better.

Today, Zach oversees management of the firm, including finance, acquisitions, dispositions, and securities investments. In addition, he leads Black Equities’ focus on new real estate developments. Excited about cities both as centers of commerce and healthy living environments, Zach is actively looking to acquire centrally located commercial, industrial, and residential properties in Los Angeles and other major cities across the United States that bring together communities and promote business.
