It’s hard to know how to help when we sense our teens are anxious or depressed. In this unprecedented time of social distancing, it can be even harder to manage these feelings. In this FREE, insightful, and practical ZOOM workshop, led by Jocelyn Meza, Ph.D. and Tamar Kodish, M.A. from The Youth Stress and Mood Program at UCLA, parents will learn to distinguish between typical teen behaviors and feelings and clinical symptoms of anxiety and depression. We will explore together how to use positive, strengths-based approaches to better communicate with our teens and ways to utilize Jewish values to complement positive parenting.
